Lady Gaga just doesn’t let things slip when it comes to relentless style surprises.
The Applause songstress headed from her hotel in London on Monday sporting a head full of white dreadlocks that came down to her knees.
As if that alone didn’t rate highly on the eccentric scale, the 27-year-old wore a golden high-ruffle-necked dress with heavily embellished sleeves with her favourite staggeringly tall PVC platform stilettos.
