Lady Gaga embraced the festive season as she left the Jingle Bell Ball in a Christmas tree outfit.
Having performed at the Capital FM show, the singer was spotted at the Langham Hotel with a decorated tree on her head.
Sporting a bright green wig, the Born This Way hit maker showed off her slim figure in a red playsuit.
