Alec Baldwin's got a little star on his hands, and he knows it! The "30 Rock" star's 3-year-old daughter, Carmen, stole the show during his appearance on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" on Wednesday. Baldwin sweetly walked out onto the stage with his daughter, who showed off her adorable dance moves before greeting DeGeneres. The 59-year-old actor has two other kids with wife Hilaria Baldwin, nearly 2-year-old Rafael and 7-month-old Leonardo.
