The great and good of New York came out for a glitzy night at the Metropolitan Museum of Art. With guests of honour, The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.

The Duchess of Cambridge opted for an old favourite dress as she attended the most glamorous event of her trip to New York. She wore a blue Jenny Packham silk gown that was making its third outing.
Adding some sparkle to her outfit the brunette beauty accessorised with some serious jewels?well she is a princess.
The event, which was a fundraiser for the University of St Andrews 600th Anniversary Appeal, cost a whopping ten thousand dollars per ticket.
The money raised will be going back to the pair?s Alma Mater where their relationship first blossomed.
