Peter Jackson is joined by Hobbit stars to celebrate his Hollywood star
Peter Jackson?s movies have grossed nearly
2 billion dollars in worldwide box office sales and he?s responsible for
bringing the greatest ever fantasy books to the big screen. Causing our love
affair with furry footed little men, beautiful blonde elves and magical gold
rings.
So its only fitting the director be given
his own star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
And who better to join him to celebrate the
accolade than Lord of the Rings and Hobbit stars, Orlando Bloom, Elijah Wood,
Andy Serkis and Evangeline Lilly.
The actors looked overjoyed to be there to
support their director and friend as he received the two thousand, five hundred
and thirty eighth star on the Hollywood Walk Of Fame.
The 53-year-old, who had ditched his trademark
shorts in favour of a smart suit, was cheered on as he posed next to his star.
It might not be the one ring to rule them
all but in Hollywood a star is just as precious.
