Elle Fanning embraces her role on the set of Three Generations
Whilst Naomi Watts was easily recognisable on the set of the Three Generations film the same cannot be said for Elle Fanning.
Elle was snapped in New York City as she filmed some scenes for her latest movie and looked a far cry from her usual self.
The actress plays Ray in the movie who is a teenager transitioning from Female to Male. Elle?s role in the film has been met with some criticism surrounding the movie?s casting choice as some people feel that the role should have been fulfilled by an artist who is transitioning from female to male in ?real life?.
Regardless of any criticism sixteen year-old Fanning appears to be getting stuck into her role as she showed off her skills on a skateboard in the Big Apple.
Susan Sarandon also stars in the film as Elle?s grandmother while Naomi plays the role of the mother. You won?t be able to catch the star studded line up just yet though, as the film isn?t scheduled for release until 2015.
