Lady Gaga left a lot to the imagination as she stepped out in Milan wearing a black leather jacket and not much else clothing wise.
The pop diva must have been keeping warm underneath her oversized grey wig as it didn?t look like there was anything thermal underneath her little coat.
Twenty-eight year-old Gaga had just finished a concert in the Italian city as part of her artRAVE: The ARTPOP Ball tour and was greeting fans outside of her hotel.
To be fair to the singer she was wearing more than she usually does on stage and even accessorised her look with a teal chain handbag, nose ring and a pair of classic black heels.
Gaga even braved the rain for her Little Monsters and was no doubt feeling covered up on the streets of the city after she appeared on stage wearing very little.
