The England squad prepare for their big match against Italy

The England team looked to be in great spirits ahead of their opening World Cup game with Italy.
Team captain Steven Gerrard gave the thumbs up as he led his teammates to some last minute training in Rio de Janeiro, while football manager Roy Hodgson seemed to be quite relaxed.
Their training comes after Wayne Rooney revealed his confidence in the squad at a FIFA press conference by saying “this is probably the best squad of players I’ve been involved with since I’ve been with England.”
