Khloe Kardashian covers up in Los Angeles

It was a dressed down look for Khloe Kardashian, as she made her way to meet sisters Kendall and Kylie for a hospital visit in Los Angeles on Wednesday.
The troubled reality star came straight from the gym in a pair of tight leggings and an oversized hooded top, only brightening up her look with a slick of red lipstick.
Both Jenner sisters opted for black ankle boots, Kendall in distressed denim and Kylie in a mini skirt as she bared a hint of midriff.
