Lady Gaga was a terrifying and spectacular sight as she stepped out in New York City for the 2013 Glamour Women of the Year Awards in a truly wacky ensemble.
The 27-year-old songstress was all white on the night in her white skirt, matching blazer and a sheer high-collared blouse, completing the look with an enormous crimped blonde wig and a pair of giant platform pearl shoes.
Also posing up a storm outside the event was Lily Collins in a stunning nude silky backless gown and Lena Dunham in an unusual black checked sheer frock.
