Madonna hugs her ex-husband Sean Penn at a New York City bash

Sean Penn got a very warm welcome from his ex-wife Madonna at a party in New York City. 

The former couple were spotted hugging as they attended Steven Klein’s secretprojectrevolution on Wednesday. 

Attending the event at the Gagosian Gallery, the singer also posed for photographs with Lindsay Lohan, who rocked a black leather look on the night out. 

The 55-year-old was joined at the screening by her son Rocco and she later took to the stage for a performance.
