It looks like Helen Flanagan is being spoilt on her 23rd birthday.
The actress had her hands full of treats as she left her hotel in Liverpool this morning.
Heading to work on Celebrity Super spa with TOWIE lad James Argent, the former Coronation Street star was carrying flowers, a bag of presents and a happy birthday balloon.
Tweeting it’s ‘my birthday’, it looks like Helen is excited to tuck into her birthday cake!
