Helen Flanagan ditches her heels for day of filming

It looks like Helen Flanagan is avoiding heels after taking an embarrassing tumble in Liverpool last night.
The actress was wearing low white shoes as she stepped out of her hotel on Tuesday morning.
Having fallen head over heels thanks to her vertiginous heels, the former Coronation Street made sure the same thing couldn’t happen again.
Showing off her legs in black shorts, the 22-year-old teamed her look with a simple white top and chunky gold necklace.
Since Helen will be on her feet all day filming Celebrity Super Spa anyway, we think she’ll be much more comfortable in flat shoes!
