And when it came to a party thrown in her honour, the singer was on top form. 

The superstar singer donned a classic black tuxedo as she attended the world premiere of her Madonna: The MDNA Tour documentary. 
 
Posing for photographs at the Paris Theatre in New York, all eyes were on the 54-year-old.
