After taking a few weeks off from her out of this world image by choosing a much more toned down wardrobe, Lady Gaga is back to her usual self!
The pop star made an appearance at the MTV Studios in Times Square wearing, well, we have no freaking idea.
We kind of dig it and at least it’s not this green feather thing Rihanna broke out.
