They were an on-again, off-again pair during their days costarring on the hit NBC comedy "The Office," and were together again recently to celebrate Kaling's 40th birthday. But some people were seeing more than friendship in Novak's eyes in a photo he posted from Kaling's birthday get-together. "Get u a man that looks at u the same way bj looks at mindy," one person wrote in the comments.
