Actor Cuba Gooding Jr. turned himself in to police on June 13th, as he faces accusations of groping a woman over the weekend.
The Oscar winner has declared his innocence, telling TMZ on June 11th that he is ?absolutely not? guilty.
The incident allegedly happened in a bar on June 9th.
TMZ reports the alleged victim called 911 in the wee hours Monday morning claiming Gooding Jr. had touched her breast.
