VIDEO : How Chris Hemsworth Helped Tom Holland Nab Spider-Man Role

Before Tom Holland played Spider-Man he and Chris Hemsworth starred in the 2015 movie "In the Heart of the Sea."
Business Insider reports that Hemsworth helped get Holland the role of Spider-Man.
Hemsworth told "Entertainment Tonight" that he put in a good word for Holland when the studio was looking for a new Spidey.
"I did what I could do and made a call."
"We have a great friendship, it's a good mutual respect."
