Barbra Streisand sold her New York penthouse 18 years ago to its current owners for $4.25 million.
Now the owners have put the four bedroom, three and a half bath penthouse on the market for for $11.25 million.
Listed by Fox Residential, Streisand's former home is located at the Ardsley at 320 Central Park West?located on Manhattan's Upper West Side, between Central Park and the Hudson River.
The 6,236 square foot, 2-floor home is decked out with 11- to 12-foot-high ceilings, has 27 windows and comes with a hefty $12,000 a month maintenance bill.
Business Insider adds, "With the exception of new appliances, the kitchen is exactly how Streisand left it."
Although the famous songstress no longer lives in the penthouse, the Upper West Side has been home to many Hollywood stars including Jerry Seinfeld, Bobby Flay, and Amy Schumer.
