The comedic writer-director has a loyal following in Europe and will start filming this summer.
The film will star Christoph Waltz, Gina Gershon, and Wallace Shawn...
...as well as European stars Sergei Lopez, Louis Garrel, and Elena Anaya.
Allen was accused of molesting Dylan Farrow, daughter of his ex-partner Mia Farrow, in the 1990s.
