The Kardashian West family has grown, yet again!
Reuters reports that on Friday, Kim Kardashian West announced the birth of her fourth child, a boy, born through a surrogate.
The reality star tweeted to her 60 million followers? ?He?s here and he?s perfect!?
Although the baby's name was not yet revealed, Kim says that he looks just like their second to youngest child.
She explained, ?He?s also Chicago?s twin lol I?m sure he will change a lot but now he looks just like her.
