After teasing fans on social media this week, on Friday pop star Justin Bieber and British singer/songwriter Ed Sheeran released a new song .
According to Reuters, the team up comes just two months after Bieber announced that he was putting new music making on pause to get ?focused on repairing some...deep rooted issues.?
On Friday the musicians, who both happen to be newly married, took to social media to announce the release of the new single, "I Don't Care."
Sheeran posted on Instagram, ?Me and @justinbieber have got a new song out. It?s called ?I Don?t Care? hope you like it.
Bieber tweeted: ?It?s out. I don?t care."
Reuters explains the meaning behind the track, "they sing about feeling out of place at a party but finding support in someone close."
Bieber, whose last album came out in 2015, also recently surprised fans by hopping onstage with Ariana Grande at Coachella to perform his hit single ?Sorry.?
He said a new album would come ?soon?.
