The theme this year was 'Celebrating Camp: Notes on Fashion.'
Dion wore a feathery headdress that seemed to defy gravity.
She also had an Oscar de la Renta gown on that complimented the headpiece well!
The creation of the 22-pound dress apparently took about 3,000 hours!
