Over the weekend, Ellen DeGeneres and her famous close-cropped blonde pixie had a hair coloring nightmare.
On The Ellen DeGeneres Show, she explained to the audience why her hair color might look a bit different.

Allure reports, DeGeneres also switched up her hair dye technique from foils to an all-over double process.
Half a day later, when the colorist revealed her new look, it was a multi-colored disaster, and her hair was falling out.
"I couldn't even pinpoint what color it was, it was like orange and pink and purple. I had the pride flag on my head.?
DeGeneres called two colorists to her home to fix her hair.
Using a gentle dye application technique and foils, they were able to get DeGeneres's hair back to near normal.
