According to a report by Comicbook.com, Avengers: Endgame has already broken records and set itself up for an incredible opening weekend raking in hundreds of millions of dollars, and Disney chairman and CEO Robert Iger thanked fans for making it all possible. Iger tweeted, "To all who have seen Avengers: Endgame, thank you. We appreciate your support!" Comicbook.com reports that while the film's opening weekend is just getting started, some estimates have it pulling in around 340 million dollars in its domestic box-office opening alone. The movie is the culmination of nearly two dozen films, beginning over a decade ago with 2008's Iron Man.
