Extra reports that Britney Spears' 30-day stay in a mental health facility is done.
According to TMZ, the singer's medications may have triggered a mental health challenge.
Extra explains, "A source claimed the medications stabilizing her mental health issues were reportedly starting to lose their efficacy, so doctors had to create a new cocktail, which ended up destabilizing her."
Doctors have reportedly now found "the right mixture" for the 37 year old.
