Extra TV reports the performers have been announced for the 2019 Billboard Music Awards. Ciara will perform at the awards show, along with Tori Kelly, Halsey, and Dan + Shay. Last week, it was announced that Madonna and Maluma will perform their new single ?Medellín." It will mark the first time in four years that Madonna has performed a new song on TV. Previously announced performers include the Jonas Brothers, Mariah Carey, Kelly Clarkson, and Sam Smith.
