According to Extra, they didn?t take the plea deal and plead guilty like other people involved. A source told People magazine that Loughlin was concerned about how pleading guilty may affect her daughters. But now the parents are being charged with a worse indictment and could face up to 40 years in prison. They are being charged for conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud and conspiracy to commit money laundering.
