VIDEO : Fans Of Nipsey Hussle Stream Into Los Angeles Memorial

Thousands of people streamed into a public memorial in Los Angeles for slain rapper Nipsey Hussle, Reuters reports. The two-hour event was held at the 21,000-capacity Staples Center in downtown. Fans lined up early to get into the venue for the memorial, which will be streamed live on BET. The memorial will be followed by a procession through south Los Angeles where the musician was raised and shot dead. Hussle had recently been using his fame to become a community organizer and activist combating gang violence.
