Deadline reported that the pair ?mutually decided to branch out separately and refocus their creative efforts.? They released a statement thanking their staff, executive, writers, directors and actors they work with at Sanchez Productions. Ferrell and Mckay said: ?The two of us will always work together creatively and always be friends.?
