Comicbook.com reports 'Stranger Things' actress Sadie Sink has been cast in R. L. Stine's 'Fear Street' film trilogy. Stine's 'Fear Street' series were popular before his well-known 'Goosebumps' series, and are meant for slightly older audiences. Director Leigh Janiak has signed on to helming three installments of a 'Fear Street' adaptation. Deadline also confirmed actress Sadie Sink will join at least one of the films. Sink played a major role in the second season of the fan-favorite 'Stranger Things' series on Netflix and will appear in the series' third season, which hits Netflix this July. The 'Fear Street' films are set to hit theaters in June, July, and August of 2020.
