28-year-old Taylor Swift has a huge chunk of her money invested in real estate. Business Insider reports the superstar has a reported net worth of $280 million and owns more than $84 million worth of real estate across the country. According to Trulia, Swift owns eight properties in four different states. She has two properties in Nashville, Tennessee, including a condo in Nashville's Music Row, which she bought at age 20. She also owns a 1934 Greek Revival estate in Nashville, two residencies in Los Angeles, an estate with seaside views in Rhode Island, and three in Tribeca, New York City, which are all on the same block.
