Allure reports that a trademark application submitted by Olivia Jade's Beauty brand was rejected for having grammatical errors.
Recently, socialite Olivia Jade was implicated as being involved in "Operation Varsity Blues."
The college-admissions investigation suggests that her parents, actor Lori Loughlin and fashion designer Mossimo Giannulli, paid bribes to get her and her sister into college at USC.
Allure explains, "Sephora yoinked its makeup collaboration with her, but from the looks of it, she already had plans to launch her own beauty line."
But Olivia's beauty line is now on hold, until her team corrects what Allure calls "a pretty ironic stumbling block."
The application to the United States Patent and Trademark Office to trademark both " Olivia Jade" and " Olivia Jade Beauty" were rejected because they're not "grammatically coherent enough to pass the USPTO's muster."
Among the errors include the phrase "make-up setting spray lipstick lip gloss," which lacks commas.
Olivia Jade's team has six months to correct the application.
