Comicbook.com reports Rob Van Dam's kicks are now his staple move, but he often had trouble throwing spinning kicks without hurting his opponent.

Rob said one of his first incidents involved breaking the jaw of his ECW tag partner Sabu.

I was kickboxing before I met Sheik and Sabu... And I said, 'I know how to kick your face and break your jaw, but I mean is there like an industry secret?'
