VIDEO : Will 'Star Trek' Bringing Back The 'Skant' Uniform?

Comicbook.com reports 'Star Trek' will be bringing back its ?skant? uniform, a unisex dress worn in Star Trek: The Next Generation.

The skant was briefly used and hasn?t been revived since the early seasons of that show.

But 'Star Trek: Discovery' makes its Starfleet costumes unisex in that male and female characters are both in pants.

Cmdr. Nhan first appeared in classic Star Trek Starfleet skirt uniform, now in a Discovery uniform with a skirt.

And according to 'Star Trek: Discovery' costume designer Gersha Phillips, the skant will appear before the end of season 2!
