Trebek sparked an outpouring of support when he gave his health announcement to fans who have spent years watching him host Jeopardy!
On Thursday, the official Jeopardy! account tweeted out a video of Trebek thanking fans for the ?hundreds of thousands? of messages.
?I?ve heard from former contestants, even Watson, the IBM computer, sent me a get well card,? Trebek said.
?Now, obviously I won?t be able to respond to all of you individually, but I did want you to know that I do read everything I receive.?
