Comicbook.com reports Marvel fans have longed to see Namor in the MCU!

A recent tweet from Doctor Strange director Scott Derrickson suggests the Sub-Mariner may be appearing soon.

In the since-deleted tweet, Derrickson shared the cover image from 2011's Fear Itself: The Deep #1...

...which featured Doctor Strange and Namor, and the caption "Are You Experienced?", a reference to the Jimi Hendrix song.

Doctor Strange 2 has been rumored to start filming sometime this year.
