Huff Post reports one of the most talked-about films that premiered at South by Southwest this year is the coming-of-age comedy 'Booksmart' from Olivia Wilde in her directorial debut. The film, written by Katie Silberman, follows Kaitlyn Dever's Amy and Beanie Feldstein's Molly as straight-A students who go on a wild partying streak before they graduate from high school. Amy identifies as gay, and Feldstein opened up about her own sexuality at a SXSW panel Monday. Feldstein said, ?It was completely meaningful for me to watch the film. My partner is a woman. There?s a love scene between two girls, and they?re fumbling with their sneakers and they can?t get their jeans off." Feldstein added, "I think if I could have seen our film earlier, I would have found myself a bit sooner.? ?Booksmart? hits theaters May 24.
