UPROXX reports that Netflix has secured the rights to Gabriel García Márquez?s classic story, ?One Hundred Years of Solitude?. The streaming giant announced on Wednesday that they would be turning the literary masterpiece into a Spanish-language a series. The book which was published in 1967 is considered by many to be one of the most important pieces of storytelling in literature. The New York Times Book Review described the classic as: ?the first piece of literature since the Book of Genesis that should be required reading for the entire human race.?
