VIDEO : Chanel Pays Tribute To Karl Lagerfeld At Paris Fashion Week Show

CNN reports that Chanel remembered the late Karl Lagerfeld, former creative director of the French fashion house at the beginning of their show Tuesday morning in Paris. The Autumn-Winter 2019 Paris Fashion week show started with a moment of silence followed by Lagerfeld's voice sharing early memories of his time at the iconic brand. An illustrated card left on each seat featured a drawing of Lagerfeld with Chanel founder Coco Chanel, with the words "The beat goes on..." written above their heads.
