The Wrap reports ?The Boy Who Harnessed the Wind? tells the tale of a superhero, but not the Marvel kind.

Actor Chiwetel Ejiofor got the rights to William Kamkwamba and Bryan Mealer?s bestselling book of the same name.

This film adaptation is Ejiofor's directorial debut.

The film was shot on location in Malawi, with a mix of English and Chichewa.

"The Boy Who Harnessed the Wind" will be available on Netflix March 1st.
