According to Comicbook.com, an upcoming episode of the ABC hit The Goldbergs will be directed by Kevin Smith. The episode will pay tribute to the '80s sitcom Perfect strangers, which is a project that Smith was excited to take on. According to Adam F. Goldberg, executive producer and creator of The Goldbergs, "Like many writers my age, Kevin Smith?s indie comedies have had an immense impact on my career." The episode, is titled "Our Perfect Strangers." It will air on Wednesday, February 27th at 8 p.m. on ABC."
