Jake Gyllenhaal says that he likes the challenge of solving problems while performing live.
And according to Channel24, that's exactly what he did recently when he was performing a theatre monologue.
A woman in the audience started coughing during his new play 'Sea Wall / A Life' at The Public Theater.
Instead of ignoring her coughing fit, the star jumped off stage, grabbed a bottle of water for her, and kept acting as the play went on.
Channel24 says that the New York City Public Theater play has been full of snags that could normally distract a star, but that Gyllenhaal enjoys the challenge.
