VIDEO : 'Ghostbusters' Sequel To Be A 'Love Letter' To Original Films

Ghostbusters fans were shocked earlier this year, reports Comicbook.com.
A sequel is announced that will be set in the universe of the original films from the 80s.
The sequel will be directed and co-written by Jason Reitman, son of the director of those films, Ivan Reitman.
The filmmaker is teasing that it will deliver a film that fans have been wanting to see for decades.
?This is going to be a love letter to Ghostbusters. I was 7 when it came out. I want to make a movie for my fellow Ghostbusters fans.?
Reitman was surprised executives agreed to produce it on his first draft, but says he is very ready to start.
The Ghostbusters sequel is set to land in theaters on July 10th, 2020.
