Jennifer Salke, head of Amazon Studios, shared the tech brand's plan to release 30 movies a year, 20 of which would go directly to Amazon Prime.
Salke told The Hollywood Reporter that Amazon has teamed up with Nicole Kidman
and producer Jason Blum ("Get Out," "BlacKkKlansman") to jump start the idea.
According to Business Insider, Salke told THR that the initiative was Kidman's idea.
