It appears now that Ja Rule is plotting some kind of Fyre 2.0. Speaking with TMZ at the Los Angeles International Airport on Thursday, Ja Rule called Fyre Festival ?the most iconic festival that never was? and said he has ?plans to create the iconic music festival.?
