VIDEO : Oscars Changes Schedule Again

According to SF Gate, The Academy has changed the award schedule of the Oscars once again. It was originally announced that some awards would have to be given out during commercial breaks, however, now plans have changed again. The award show is now going to air all 24 of the major awards categories at this year?s Oscars.
