21 Savage was recently taken into custody in Atlanta on immigration charges over the weekend. U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement are accusing the rapper of overstaying his visa. According to Reuters, 21 Savage came to the U.S. from Britain in 2005. An ICE spokesman said he faces deportation due to his felony charges in 2014. Attorneys for the rapper say he was arrested on incorrect information about his criminal record.
