Just like walkers, it doesn't seem there's anything AMC's 'Fear The Walking Dead' can do to make a particularly nasty copyright infringement lawsuit go away. ComicBook.com reports a federal judge has denied AMC?s motion to dismiss the case. The plaintiff's original complaint alleged that Fear the Walking Dead?s second season stole directly from his comic 'Dead Ahead.
