VIDEO : Gwyneth Paltrow Sued For Alleged 2016 Ski Crash

According to Channel24, Gwyneth Paltrow is being sued by a 72-year-old Utah man for an alleged hit-and-run ski accident.
Retired doctor, Terry Sanderson, filed a lawsuit on Tuesday which claims that actress Gwyneth Paltrow crashed into him from behind, at a Park City resort on February 26, 2016. He says that she left him on the beginning ski run and did not call for help.
He says that the accident left him with a concussion and four broken ribs.
But Paltrow's reps are firing back. Spokesperson Heather Wilson wrote in an emailed statement: "This lawsuit is without merit and we expect to be vindicated."
Channel24 adds, "A Deer Valley ski instructor skiing with Paltrow and her family and friends filed a false incident report saying Paltrow didn't cause the crash, the lawsuit alleges."
Sanderson says that it took him a while to file the suit due to his medical issues and legal challenges. He's seeking $3.1million dollars in damages
